An Architectural Detailer, often known as an Architectural Drafter or Technical Designer, is responsible for creating precise, detailed, and accurate technical drawings and plans from rough sketches, specifications, and calculations provided by architects and engineers.They specialize in turning design concepts into actionable construction documents, shop drawings, or fabrication plans, ensuring that all components of a building fit together and comply with building codes and standards.
Qualifications/Requirements- Licensed Architect
- 5 to 10 years experience in architectural design, project coordination, and construction documentation.
- Proficient in revit, autocad, navisworkm sketch-up, and visualization software.
- Knowledge of the National Building Code of the Philippines."
