Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Category Business Manager

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

Ensures the achievement of business plans in the district
Manages all distributors in the district
Manages all the dealers with the district, thru Kabalikat distributors and expansion of the dealer network of the district following oplan buka guidelines
Manages the distribution, Pricing and stock availability in the district
Gather and shares data on competitors trade pricing and trade promos
Crafts and executes business development programs with TRIAD in the district
Perform other related functions as assigned by the upline

What are the Qualifications?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
3–7 years of experience in category management, brand management, business development, or commercial operations
Strong background in category strategy development, including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle management
Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to drive category growth and profitability
Willing to work in Leyte and Samar Area
