Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the delivery of effective IT solutions.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Review and improve business processes and workflows.
- Support project teams through Agile development processes.
- Prepare documentation such as requirements, user manuals, and training materials.
- Assist in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience in UAT and stakeholder management.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and diagramming techniques.
- Experience with change management.
- Business Analyst certifications (AAC, CPO, Six Sigma) are a plus.
