• 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM

Tutors commit to at least 25 hours per week with 2 rest days. One working weekend day is preferred.

About the Role

As part of the EDGE Premium Team, you'll work with adult learners who are serious about their English for real-world professional use. You'll have lesson frameworks, dedicated coaching, and operational support behind you so each session is focused and effective.

• Deliver structured English lessons tailored to professional and business contexts
• Facilitate one-on-one and small group sessions with adult learners globally
• Support learners in developing confidence for business communication and cross-border interaction
• Maintain accurate class records and documentation
• Uphold EDGE Tutor's standards for quality and consistency in every session

What You Get

Guaranteed pay for the first 2 months — PHP 17,000/month for part-time and PHP 23,000/month for full-time.

Competitive Hourly Rate — Php 180–220 per hour with stable booking flow and immediate start available. Launch in as early as 5 days.

• ₱3,000 Switcher Bonus for tutors with 2+ recent years on another platform
• ₱5,000 Sign-Up Bonus upon successful launch
• ₱500 for completing the TEFL certification within 5 hours
• ₱1,500 for completing and passing the client demo

• University graduate (any 4-year course)
• Bachelor's diploma and Transcript of Records (TOR)
• TEFL/TESOL Certificate (120 hours+), or willingness to obtain during training
• Strong spoken English proficiency at C2 level (EFSET required)
• Philippine-issued bank account for payroll

No ESL Experience? You May Still Qualify.

• CPU: Intel Core i5 8th Gen+, AMD Ryzen 5 1600+ (non-U/G series), or Apple M1 2020+ with benchmark score of 3,000+
• RAM: 8GB minimum
• Storage: 30GB free space
• OS: Windows 10+ or macOS 10.10+
• Internet (Main): Wired LAN, 25 Mbps+ download and upload
• Internet (Backup): Wired, prepaid WiFi, or pocket WiFi at 15 Mbps+
• Webcam: External 1080p (1536x1024 or higher)
• Headset: USB noise-cancelling
• Monitor (Premium tutors): 1366x768 resolution or higher
• Environment: Good lighting, quiet space, clutter-free background
