ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will:
- Conduct outbound sales calls (including cold calling)
- Promote Energy, Solar, and Utility solutions to Australian customers
- Pitch services, handle objections, and confidently close sales
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer experience
- Update CRM systems and perform accurate data entry
- Meet and exceed sales KPIs in a performance-driven environment
- Experience in outbound sales or cold calling roles
- Experience in Energy, Solar, Telecom, or Utilities campaigns is an advantage
- Strong communication and closing skills
- KPI-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Confident, energetic, and resilient personality
- Ability to handle objections and stay motivated
- Stable work history preferred
