Social Media Manager - Muntinlupa

We are hiring on behalf of a growing and passionate childcare center based in the United States. Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education and care, and they’re now looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate their online presence and engage with their community of parents and educators.

Job Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and promote the childcare center's programs and values. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, graphic design, and content marketing tailored to the childcare and parenting space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Design engaging graphics, videos, and posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
• Write clear, creative captions tailored to the target audience (parents, guardians, local community)
• Schedule and publish posts consistently using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
• Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to promote events, programs, and key messages
• Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to assess the performance of content and campaigns
• Respond to comments and messages in a warm, timely, and professional manner
• Stay updated on social media best practices and trends in the education/childcare industry
• Collaborate with the client to align marketing goals with center events and enrollment periods

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role
• Strong graphic design skills with portfolio/samples of previous work
• Excellent written English and creative storytelling skills
• Experience with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Meta Business Suite, Buffer)
• Knowledge of running Facebook/Instagram ads is a plus
• Experience in the education, childcare, or nonprofit sector is a strong advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, email)
