About the role
We are seeking talented Part-time Recruitment Associates to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing recruitment agency.As a Part-time Recruitment Associate, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for our diverse range of client companies.
What you'll be doing- Actively sourcing and identifying top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screening and evaluating candidate applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the role
- Conducting interviews and assessments to determine the best-fit candidates
- Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Preparing and presenting candidate profiles and recommendations to clients
- Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of the recruitment activities
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field
- With Call center / BPO experience is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and clients
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
