Olive Co., Inc. is a manufacturing company and importer of pet accessories and supplies in the Philippines. We distribute and market trusted pet care brands including Gnawlers, Ibiyaya, KONG, Jolly, and other leading pet products. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Description

The Sales Associate will be primarily responsible for field sales activities, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular visits to pet shops and retail outlets, lead generation through various channels, and occasional office-based reporting and coordination.

• Conduct regular field visits to pet shops, distributors, and retail outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Generate leads through online and offline sales channels
• Promote and sell the company's pet products and brands
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives
• Prepare and submit sales and activity reports
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements and sales activities
• Perform occasional office duties as required

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related Business course
• Applicants who have completed at least two (2) years of a Business-related course may also apply
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in sales, field work, automotive sales, or real estate sales is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and results-oriented
• Willing to conduct extensive field work and client visits
• Willing to travel when necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
