Design & Construction Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare plans, details and documents for either (1) Management Approval, (2) meetings, (3) coordination with different stakeholders (4) basis for budget, estimates and bids, and (5) site implementation.
Prepare specifications, material and color swatches, OSM checklist and budget, cost monitoring, Architectural blue prints
Monitor and ensure the project (inclusive of drawing preparation and implementation as well OSM delivery and installation) are all within the timeline and budget and compliant to Mall Standards/ approved design criteria.
Initiate ordering of architectural materials either thru bid or thru PR form
Attend site inspections which includes pre-construction assessment, monitoring of actual site project status, inspection of mock-ups, monitoring of site implementation and punch listing.
Project Documentation and Filing from Project Start to Close-out
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture
With experience in AutoCADD & SketchAPP Technology;Professional license is not required, but an advantage
