Muntinlupa - Business Process Optimization Specialist (Remote)

This individual will need to be highly responsive to IT professionals and facilitate the fast turn-around of documentation.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and excel at collaborating across teams to drive clear resolutions for customers. The successful candidate will have expert English language and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare instruction manuals, knowledge articles, process documents, and process diagrams
• Create auditable documentation and take a lead role in helping Advizex succeed in external audits
• Prepare customer facing collateral
• Disseminate technical information in easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience
• Have technical accuracy in writing user documentation
• Create IT documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staff
• Help other writers in creating documentation
• Ability to take existing and potential content and improve it
• Convert complex documentation to easy language for multiple audiences
• Create process manuals with screenshots and tutorials
• Write documentation for internal teams managed services and professional services IT teams
• Communicate complex ideas in a concise manner

Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of proven experience in writing technical documentation
• Prior experience with providing documentation for audits
• Strong prior experience and expertise creating process flow diagrams
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred:

• Considered a subject matter expert with process documentation software like: LucidCharts, Visio, Draw.IO, or similar products
• Strong prior experience with Confluence, IT Glue, Sharepoint, or other documentation management systems
• Strong prior experience with support audits for SOC II, CJIS, NIST, ITAR, or ISO standards
