Responsibilities
- A hands-on shift engineer that ensure plant mechanical equipment are in good working condition.
- Act as a document controller of the Engineering not limited to create section policies, standard operating procedures, and records management of the department.
- Prepares weekly reports for the section accomplishments, challenges and focus of the week.
- Execute planned Total productive Maintenance.
- Graduate of a Mechanical Engineering degree or a two-year Vocational/Technical course with NC II Certification in Welding.
- Preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer or a Certified Plant Mechanic.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization
