About the role

As a Training Specialist at One Food Group, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering engaging training programs that empower our employees to excel in their roles and drive the continued success of our organisation. In this full-time position based in Metro Manila, you will collaborate closely with our HR and leadership teams to identify training needs, develop comprehensive training solutions, and ensure our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Facilitate a wide range of training programs, including professional development, classroom trainings and teambuilding.
• Utilise various training methodologies and delivery formats, such as classroom-based sessions, e-learning, and on-the-job training, to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to design training content that is aligned with our business objectives and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements to enhance their impact.
• Maintain detailed training records and provide regular reports on the progress and outcomes of training initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organisation.

• At least one (1) year of job related experience in handling training administration, facilitation, module, and presentation creation is required for the position.
• Must be willing to learn, adaptable and exemplify good values and character.
• Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relates well with people of different levels.
• Willing to travel within and outside Metro Manila for long periods.
• Willing to work in Quezon City and report full time on-site.
