Key Responsibilities of an HR Assistant:

  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Organizing and filing HR documents.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinating new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Payroll and Benefits:
  • Assisting with payroll processing, including verifying employee data and resolving errors.
  • Answering employee questions about benefits and payroll.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • General HR Support:
  • Answering employee inquiries and providing general HR support.
  • Preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Other Duties:
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
