Key Responsibilities of an HR Assistant:
- Employee Records Management:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
- Ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Organizing and filing HR documents.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Payroll and Benefits:
- Assisting with payroll processing, including verifying employee data and resolving errors.
- Answering employee questions about benefits and payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- General HR Support:
- Answering employee inquiries and providing general HR support.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
- Assisting with HR projects and initiatives.
- Other Duties:
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Answering phones and managing emails.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
