What You’ll Be Doing (Choose Your HR Vibe)
Our HR department is fast-paced and multi-faceted. Depending on your strengths and learning goals, you will dive into one or more of these key areas:
- Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, help screen exciting resumes, schedule interviews, and ensure every applicant has an amazing experience.
- Sourcing & Employer Branding: Drive talent pipeline growth! Use proactive sourcing strategies and social media marketing to promote our company culture and attract top-tier talent.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Help design, coordinate, and implement employee growth programs, training modules, and engagement initiatives that keep our teams sharp.
