What is your mission?
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support real estate investment reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling efforts. This position offers hands-on experience with lender reporting, inspection questionnaires, and in-house financial tracking related to commercial real estate assets.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, and familiar with core finance and accounting concepts, especially as they relate to real estate.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual lender reporting (e.g., rent rolls, income statements, balance sheets)
- Support inspection questionnaires and respond to ad hoc data requests
- Help create and maintain in-house monthly and annual financial analysis, budgets, and internal reporting
- Perform additional paperwork and administrative finance tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related fields
- Solid understanding of key real estate and financial terms: Cap Stack, NOI, Cap Rate, DSCR, LTV, etc.
- Moderate Excel skills (able to update, not build, financial models)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in commercial real estate asset management (senior housing, multifamily, or hotel) is a plus
- Background in finance/investment at a private equity firm, developer, or operator is preferred
- Familiarity with Yardi is a plus
