About the role

• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods and materials according to established procedures
• Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders to meet customer requirements
• Maintaining detailed records of inventory levels and documenting all transactions
• Participating in regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhering to all health, safety, and security protocols to protect personnel and assets
• Collaborating with the wider logistics team to optimise warehouse operations
• Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to queries

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing or distribution role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills to maintain detailed inventory records
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and customers
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
