Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations of the store
• Learn sales processes and provide excellent customer service
• Help customers choose office furniture based on their needs and budget
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment
• Maintain showroom displays and store organization
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, etc.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics staff
• Support staff supervision and scheduling
• Review sales reports and identify ways to improve sales
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or related course
• Strong leadership potential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in retail or furniture sales is an advantage but not required
