SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3/L4 Support Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for delivering advanced technical support and infrastructure management in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, Intune, mobile device management, Windows OS, and enterprise security. Additionally, the role requires strong documentation capabilities, mentoring experience, and the flexibility to handle both server and endpoint-level tasks across diverse client environments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage escalated support incidents and complex infrastructure issues in a multi-client MSP environment.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Intune deployments, especially for remote and hybrid setups.
  • Implement and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) policies across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android).
  • Provide expert-level Windows OS administration and support for endpoint and server environments.
  • Monitor and respond to firewall and security compliance issues in coordination with internal tools and policies.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and client-specific knowledge bases to support operational efficiency.
  • Offer support for Mac OS and Apple Business Manager, ensuring device integration and policy compliance where needed.
  • Manage Active Directory, network infrastructure, server environments, and backup systems.
  • Draft professional, client-facing communication regarding technical incidents, recommendations, and project updates.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior technicians to promote continuous learning and skills development.
  • Adapt quickly to a broad range of technical tasks, helping leadership focus on strategy and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in an L3 or L4 technical role.
  • Proven experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure, Intune, MDM, and Windows OS support.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS, Apple Business Manager, and supporting mixed OS environments. www.scalableos.com
  • In-depth understanding of Active Directory, server administration, networking, firewall configuration, and compliance standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating client-facing documentation and reports.
  • Experience mentoring technical staff and contributing to operational improvements.
