Your Role:

• Sell Crocs Products: Guide customers in choosing the perfect Crocs for them, and suggest other styles they’ll love.
• Great Customer Service: Provide a welcoming, friendly experience to every customer. Whether it's helping them find their size or answering questions, you'll make them feel right at home.
• Cashier Duties: Process payments with a smile and handle the register quickly and efficiently.
• Keep Money Safe: Ensure cash and daily transactions are secure.
• Store Cleanliness: Keep the store organized, tidy, and ready for customers to shop.
• Stock Management: Keep the shelves stocked with the latest styles and check inventory regularly.
• Receiving Deliveries: Unbox and check new stock as it arrives – making sure everything is in perfect condition.
• Support the Team: Work together to achieve store goals and keep everything running smoothly.
• Maintain Equipment: Take care of store tools and equipment to ensure everything functions properly.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least a high school or senior high school graduate.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
• Ability to keep things clean and organized, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
