Executive Assistant

Under the supervision of the Assistant Manager, the Executive Assiatnt is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Executive Office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative Support to the Executive Office.
- Manage documents that come in/go out of the Executive Office.
- Manage corporate credit card statement payment, requesting mid-billing and monthly charges from the bank and communicate with the bank on any credit-card related matters.
- Maintains office supplies of the Executive Office, prepares department asset requests and other office requirements.
- Oversee maintenance schedule of all EO-assigned vehicles, fleet and RFID charges for EO.
- Process the filing of documents and other related filing for the department and payables.
- Monitors data and communication requirements of the CEO and EO – Skyroam for data, Loop up, Globe usage and payment.
- Management of outsourced staff assigned at EO - driver and utility and other administrative needs including but not limited to coordinating courier services and membership subscriptions.
- Screen all calls and guests for the Executives.
- Prepares and formats information for internal and external distribution that includes writing letters and memos, compiling data, etc.
- Maintains department records, sets up and manages both electronic and paper filing systems, takes steps to ensure department compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements.
- Protects and keeps company/department information in strict confidence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Works well in fast-paced settings, balancing multiple duties and maintaining efficiency.
- Willing and able to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
