Estimator Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Department serves as the central information and communication hub for all fabrication division customer-related activities. The key values of this department are:
- Communication – communicating knowledgably, effectively, and accurately.
- Connection – connecting with co-workers and customers, strengthening relationships.
- Resolution – taking ownership of customer requests and problems, see them through to resolution.
As such, CSRs are required to sustain a high level of internal and external communication.
CSRs are also responsible for maintaining a wide variety of data in the system of record.
Essential Functions:
- Resolve customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep customers informed of the status of orders including partial deliveries and back orders.
- Update delivery dates and order statuses to ensure orders are produced and shipped.
- Track priority and critical orders.
- Schedule job site deliveries.
- Facilitate customer pickups – including Common Carrier.
- Coordinate cash in advance payments and credit card payments for cash on delivery accounts.
- Process remake requests.
- Prepare credit requests.
- Place sample orders.
- Enter and coordinate stock sheet orders.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Supplementary Functions:
- Project management for large scale, multi-release jobs.
- Updating order statuses.
- Generating partial deliveries.
- Processing EDI orders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or related field.
- Experience in reading material fabrication drawings.
- Experience using a CRM or ERP system.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrate ability to work professionally and courteously with customers
- A people-focused mindset and a passion for providing great customer service
- Highly organized and detail orientated.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly adaptable to rapidly changing priorities
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Willing to work at night and during PH holidays
