MS Dynamics 365 FO Developer, Senior
Position Description:
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Senior Technical Consultant takes an end-to-end, process-based approach to address key business challenges such as complexity reduction, lean manufacturing and operations excellence, process innovation, strategic cost reduction, enterprise transformation and growth through fast innovation.Technical Consultants are challenged to understand and respond to clients' varied business needs in both the private and public sector, and work with clients to rapidly enhance the internal capabilities needed to continuously improve operational and innovation performance.
Our core offerings target different aspects of a client's value chain - both across the enterprise and at the intersections of assets, process, polices, and people delivering value.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Become a solid source of information in your area of expertise of development.
- Create documentation and white papers that will be used in case studies and training session for junior members.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the teams’ knowledge and experiences.
- Co-team with the Solutions Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements.
- Produce a detailed technical design document to match the solution design specifications.
- Able to oversee the custom development and quality assurance efforts for custom work when needed.
- Able to meet or exceed agreed service level targets with the client in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) in terms of:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Service Requests
- Change Management
- Participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings with the customer.
- Manage development designs and projects to meet project and customer required timelines.
- Communicate with client professionally either through phone or e-mail.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- 8+ years MS Dynamics Finance and Operations technical experience.
- Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems.
- Clear and concise oral and written communication.
- Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.
- Experience in D365 integration, and cloud/on-prem environments.
- Has MS Azure, and Power Platform familiarity/experience.
- Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days a week in McKinley, Taguig on both mid-shift and nightshift schedule.
