Job Description:

• To plan, execute, control and ensure closure of projects, while managing people and delivery excellence in all parameters of time, cost and processes in projects.
• Implementation and optimization of process workflows for existing and new projects.
• Determine methodology and process essential for carrying out project specific criteria.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management during all relevant project milestones.
• Manage Complex scenarios effectively like business risks, multiple vendor issues, code red situations and customer expectations without impacting associates adversely.
• Develop supporting documentation and material
• Promote team work, motivate, coach and develop people in the team to build functional skills and desired behaviours to deliver results.
• Ensure a high level of engagement and collaboration within the team.
• Provide technical and other guidance as required to the team and assess the performance of the associates.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Management
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant Operations Management experience
• Proficiency in Project Management framework and methodologies
