Work you'll do
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive to serve as a trusted second‑in‑command and key support to the Finance Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and statutory compliance of the company's finance operations in the Philippines.
The position covers end‑to‑end accounting operations, including Client‑to‑Cash (CTC), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P), and Treasury — as well as statutory accounting and regulatory compliance. The role involves preparing statutory financial statements, conducting balance sheet reviews, and ensuring timely compliance with BIR, SEC, and LGU requirements, including business permits and regulatory filings.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating closely with the Finance Manager and finance team. Hands‑on experience with financial audits, BIR audits, and closing activities is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations (CTC, P2P, and Treasury)- Support daily accounting operations including billing, collections, AP processing, vendor payments, and banking activities
- Perform and review bank and intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with banks and maintain proper cash management controls
- Ensure timely and accurate month‑end and year‑end closings
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, amortizations, and balance sheet schedules
- Conduct regular balance sheet reviews and ensure accurate reconciliations
- Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations
- Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, including tax returns and submissions
- Manage regulatory obligations such as:
- Business permit application and renewal with the Local Government Unit (LGU)
- SEC filings, including General Information Sheet (GIS) submission
- Act as liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies, including the BIR, SEC and the Local Government Unit (LGU)
- Provide documentation and working papers for financial and BIR audits
- Address audit findings and support corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and local statutory requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA license required
- 8+ years of accounting experience, with exposure to:
- Accounting operations (CTC, P2P, Treasury)
- Philippines statutory accounting and compliance
- Strong technical skills in closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Hands‑on experience dealing with BIR, SEC filings, and external auditors
- SAP experience is required; strong MS Excel skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
