Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or SAP technologies.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a customer-facing environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Understanding of reporting and dashboarding concepts.
Familiarity with data modeling and analytics concepts.
Knowledge of SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, or Datasphere is a plus.
Basic understanding of SQL and data validation techniques.
Experience using ticketing and incident management tools.
Understanding of ITIL processes is an advantage.

Nice to Have

SAP Analytics Cloud certification or training.
Exposure to SAP BW, BusinessObjects, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
Knowledge of incident management and support operations.
Experience working in a managed services or support project environment.
