Contributes to the growth and profitability of Taiheiyo Cement Philippines, Incorporated by directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of Autonomous Maintenance System, thus ensuring the attainment of the cement manufacturing operation and effective preventive maintenance system.
Promotes skills improvement of Operations personnel specifically in detecting and correcting potential problems in the operations using effective and efficient Japanese methods and techniques. Strictly complies and enforces the established health, safety rules, management systems and regulations of the Company.
Qualifications/Requirements- Must be at least thirty-five (35) years of age.
- Must have worked in the cement manufacturing industry for at least fifteen (15) years.
- Must have an experience in Production, Operations or related capacity for at least fifteen (15) years.
- Must have worked in Japan for at least fifteen (15) years.
- Must be conversant in oral and written English.
- Must be fluent in the Japanese language.
- Must be able to read and write reports and official communication in the Japanese language.
