TBM OPERATOR
The duties and responsibilities as a TBM OPERATOR shall include, but not be limited to the following:
- Operate and monitor the Earth Pressure Balance (EPB) Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) in compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Control TBM parameters, such as soil pressure, torque, and advance rate, to ensure safe and efficient tunneling.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep the TBM in good working condition.
- Coordinate with the TBM team and engineers to address operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and government regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
TBM Operator Qualifications- Proficient in both spoken Indonesian and English
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine)
- Familiarity with tunnel boring machine components and controls
- Skilled in monitoring excavation parameters and handling troubleshooting
- Experience in planning and organizing the work with the rest of the team's knowledge and safety
