Job Summary:
The Product Development Specialist for Pet One Inc. is responsible for planning and coordinating product development and marketing initiatives across multiple brands. The role focuses on strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, and ensuring all projects are executed smoothly from concept to launch, including for international market expansion.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, pet care industry, product development, or brand management
- Experience handling pet-related products is an advantage
- Strong background in managing end-to-end product development, including packaging and market launch
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, R&D, QA, and Production
- Experience coordinating with external agencies for campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives
- Familiarity with pet industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements (local and international is a plus)
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple brands
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in retail operations or pet store management is a plus (e.g., handling store activations or local marketing initiatives)
- Willing to support market expansion initiatives and adapt to regional business requirements
