Job description: – AXA Philippines Financial Advisor

Primary Role: Guide clients in building financial security through customized financial planning and insurance solutions.
Employer: AXA Philippines, a joint venture between AXA Group (Paris-based) and Metrobank Group, serving over 1.5 million Filipinos.
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, commission-based with performance incentives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Client Engagement
Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals.
Build long-term relationships based on trust and financial guidance.
Financial Planning
Assess clients’ current financial situations.
Develop tailored strategies for retirement planning, education funding, estate planning, and wealth management.
Insurance & Investment Solutions
Offer AXA’s life and general insurance products (savings, investments, health coverage, income protection).
Recommend policies and investment options aligned with client needs.
Sales & Business Development
Prospect and acquire new clients.
Achieve sales targets to qualify for commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
Ongoing Support
Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
Monitor clients’ financial progress and adjust strategies as needed.
