Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Operations Analyst Assistant in Malvar Batangas.

The Operations Analyst Assistant will be reporting under the Plant Manager, the Operations Assistant (OAA) ensures compliant and organized document control aligned with existing and implement company policies and management systems, including but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC.

The OAA stands as the document and data control custodian, and manages enrolled and controlled documents. The OAA coordinates with all Department Heads and shall lead document review. On top of this, the OAA administers and facilitates budget administration, disbursement and liquidation of the revolving fund.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
  • Plant Document and Information Controller (PDIC)

Serve as the Plant Document and Information Controller (PDIC), overseeing the entire lifecycle of enrolled and controlled documents, including review, version management, enrolment, internal audit, and obsolescence processes in compliance with established management systems.

  • Compliance and Alignment with Management Systems

Ensure all document reviews align with updates to policies, procedures, and industry standards, including but not limited to:

  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System
QMS)
  • Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • HALAL and FSSC certifications
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
  • Conduct periodic assessments and consult with team members on DDCC processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Management Review and Reporting

Prepare and document minutes of management reviews, ensuring key discussions, decisions, and action items are accurately recorded and communicated.

Administer, collate, and report the semi-annual Customer Feedback Survey, ensuring conformance with the Quality and Food Safety Management System to drive continuous improvement.

What are the Qualifications?
  • College level preferably Industrial Engineering graduate
  • At least 2 or more years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, at a minimum).
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for operational and financial management.
  • Expertise in data and document control, budget administration, and financial tracking.
  • Strong business presentation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
