Business Analyst (Junior to Mid Level) - Quezon City
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze current state processes and operating models, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, including user stories and functional specifications.
Contribute to the design of target state processes and operating models, aligning them with business needs and technology solutions.
Assist in the implementation of projects, including testing, defect management, and user training.
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to business processes, requirements, and solutions.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), triage defects, and support resolution efforts.
Develop and execute user training plans and materials to support the adoption of new solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Finance).- 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, project management principles, and relevant tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence).
Knowledge of basic programming concepts, system development life cycle (SDLC), and business process modeling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
