Store Development Supervisor (Architect)

Job Overview:

Supervalue, Inc. is an affiliate of SM Retail and operator of SM Supermarket which opened its first branch in 1985 at Makati. We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect to join our team for our Store Development Department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create architectural designs, plans, and models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
2. Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, 3D renderings, and material samples.
3. Oversee the preparation of construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all legal and safety requirements.

5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
2. Licensed Architect
3. Proven experience in architectural design, project management, and client interaction.
4. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.).
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
