• Design, implement, and administer a comprehensive security program that is commensurate with the bank’s risk profile, operational complexity, and physical/cyber threat landscape.
• Establish and maintain a competent security team, ensuring clear delegation of duties and adequate coverage across all banking units and critical operations.
• Conduct regular and mandatory security awareness programs for all employees, covering topics such as physical security, data protection, robbery prevention, emergency response, and fraud deterrence.
• Lead or oversee investigations into bank robberies, thefts, hold-ups, or suspicious incidents.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be a graduate of a four-year college course from a recognized institution.
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of law enforcement, military, intelligence services, corporate security, or related security operations;
• At least two (2) years of this experience must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity, with demonstrable leadership in overseeing security systems, incident response, or risk management programs.
• Must possess all the qualifications, and must not be subject to any disqualifications, as outlined under Sections 134 and 138 of the relevant regulatory code or equivalent governing authority.
• Has a background in risk assessment and/or crisis management;
• Knowledgeable of banking operations and related regulatory standards.
