Job Description:
We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our premium International Airline Account!
Join a dynamic team and provide world-class support to airline passengers and clients. You will handle inbound inquiries, assist with flight bookings, modifications, mileage redemptions, travel information, and resolve customer concerns efficiently via phone, chat, and/or email.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School (SHS) Graduate + completed 2 years in college (at least 4 semesters with no back subjects for old high school curriculum graduates) or College Graduate (any course)
- With at least 6 months of BPO/call center experience (customer service or inbound account preferred; airline/travel experience is a plus but not required)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Amenable to shifting schedules, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
