What makes you a successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business , Marketing or any related Field
• Knowledge in using CRM and ERP system is an advantage.
• At least 1-3 years experience in Sales Administration and Customer Service
• Willing to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in the processing of customer orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments to address concerns and requests.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales-related documents, records, and customer files.
• Generate and submit regular sales reports and other required management reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer, sales, and transaction data in the ERP and CRM systems.
• Monitor and maintain data accuracy in company databases and records.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer support.
• Follow up on customer requirements and communicate updates as needed.
• Escalate customer concerns and issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Assist in identifying and recommending improvements to sales administration and customer service processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Monitor OMS transactions and customer order status updates.
• Support Business Development Management System (BDMS) activities.
• Ensure compliance with document control and DMS requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse (WMS), Inventory (IMS), and Logistics (LDMS) teams for order fulfillment.
