HR Supervisor (PAO CAFE MAKATI)

The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies. This role supports HR initiatives, supervises HR assistants/officers, and coordinates with operations managers to ensure effective workforce management in F&B outlets.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and office positions.
• Ensure timely onboarding, orientation, and deployment of new hires.

1. Employee Relations

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Promote positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

1. Timekeeping & Payroll Support

• Monitor employee attendance and leave management.
• Coordinate with payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.

1. Compliance & Records

• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations (Department of Labor and Employment).
• Maintain employee 201 files and HRIS data accuracy.

1. Training & Development

• Assist in identifying training needs and implementing programs.
• Support performance appraisal and employee development plans.

1. Supervision & Reporting

• Supervise HR Assistants/Officers in daily HR tasks.
• Generate HR reports for management decision-making.

1. Other duties as assigned
