Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Frontliners / Service Crew to join our team. As a frontliner, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, assisting in daily store operations, and ensuring that customers have a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take accurate orders and process payments through POS system
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Replenish product displays and ensure cleanliness of the counter area
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests professionally
• Follow safety, hygiene, and food handling standards
• Assist in opening and closing store procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• at least Senior high graduate / college level/ or college graduate of HRM/HRS/graduate or any relevant course.
• Preferably with service crew/barista experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Team player, fast learner, and can work in a fast-paced environment
