Job Title: Procurement & Production Supervisor

Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Procurement & Production Supervisor to manage sourcing, inventory, and production processes within a plastic manufacturing setup.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
3–5 years of supervisory experience in plastic manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Injection and Blow Molding processes
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end production and material sourcing
Ensure daily production targets and cycle times are achieved
Manage raw materials inventory (PP, PE, masterbatches)
Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement
Monitor machine efficiency and coordinate maintenance
Track and reduce scrap rates through process improvements
Maintain safety stock to avoid downtime
