About the Role

The company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support the Founding Director and General Manager in the administration and coordination of day-to-day project activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction project management, who is confident reporting to senior executives and can manage multiple responsibilities with reliability and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely project reports, including:
  • Progress reports and project updates
  • Budget tracking and financial summaries
  • Compilation of data from various sources
  • Draft, prepare, and manage contracts and related project documentation
  • Provide reliable and consistent reporting on all project metrics
  • Assist in project scheduling and monitoring milestones
  • Review and manage progress claims and contractor documentation
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and project stakeholders
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, contractors, and external partners
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction company
  • Project management background in the construction or real estate industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong ability to prepare reports, progress updates, and schedules
  • Skilled in drafting contracts and managing accurate project data
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities independently
  • Confident working with senior leadership and external stakeholders
