FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

JB Elite Corporation is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance for our clients' engineering equipment and systems.
This is a full-time position based in Carmona Cavite, and will involve regular travel to customer sites within the region.
What you'll be doing- Performing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of engineering equipment and systems
- Experience with SEMICON equipment servicing is an advantage for this role
- Providing technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products
- Documenting all service activities and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborating with the engineering and product teams to identify and implement improvements
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical and Mechatronics field
- Candidates with other engineering degrees will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with a variety of engineering equipment and systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site at customer locations
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
