Laboratories Corp. as an Operations Assistant and play a vital role in supporting the company's day-to-day operations through procurement, administrative coordination, and accounting support. Key Responsibilities- Assist in the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company.
- Coordinate the procurement of office, production, and operational materials with department heads and purchasing department
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational requirements are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Perform other operations and administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of accounting documents, including invoices, purchase requests, liquidation reports, and payment-related records.
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Support expense monitoring, document reconciliation, and accounting file management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding accounting-related transactions.
- Support attendance monitoring, leave administration, and employee communications.
- Assist in organizing employee orientations, training sessions, and company activities.
- Provide administrative support for HR compliance, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in operations, procurement, accounting, administrative support, or HR administration.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, supplier coordination, or material sourcing is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Resourceful, proactive, highly trainable, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work on-site in Silang, Cavite.
