Field Sales Agent (Luzon)

Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers, driving consistent order flow, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales transactions. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process from order placement to payment collection while working closely with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers to drive consistent sales and repeat orders.
- Actively generate and process orders, ensuring accurate and timely submission of purchase orders.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including monitoring order status and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Oversee collections by following up on receivables, securing payments, and ensuring proper deposit to the company’s official bank account.
- With at least 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Graduate of any course from a college, vocational school, or university.
- Prior experience in pet food distribution or a related field is required.
- Must be based in Luzon.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets for tracking orders, payments, and reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling customers and internal coordination.
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented, especially in handling payments and documentation.
