Inventory control analyst

Job Description

1. Overall management of inventories of merchandise from selling operation, stockroom and warehouse

1. Perform Inventory Counts of items to verify accuracy in a regular basis
2. Physical Inventory

1. Monitors stocks levels via First-In-First-Out (FIFO) methods
2. Closely coordinate to Inventory Control Supervisor regarding availability of stocks;
3. Ensures no incidence of losses and damages of stocks, equipment and machineries due to carelessness or negligence in doing assigned task.
4. Received, store and issue merchandise and other items form stockroom, warehouse.
5. Keep records and compile stock reports

1. Compiles information in receipt price and cost.
2. Prepares Inventory Reports such as
3. Inventory Balance,

1. Prepares List of Depleted Items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items.
2. Ensure all complaints from shoppers especially on the prices and availability of stocks are being addressed and solve accordingly.

1. Receives ordered items from suppliers

1. Inspects items to ensure that it agrees to defined specifications in the Purchase Orders
2. Quality

1. Inputs stock items into the computer
2. Stores items in the assigned location
3. Warehouse

1. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse

1. Renewal
2. Disposal truck
3. Debris

1. Assures all items for display must be properly checked

1. Helps manages all issues affecting operations

1. Communicates and escalates issues to Warehouse Supervisor/ Assistant Operations Manager for immediate resolution
2. Helps plan strategic actions that will prevents future occurrence of the issue

1. Perform other duties as the management may require.

1. Familiar with Warehouse Operations Processes, specializing in Inventory Management
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Productivity Tools and Accounting Software

1. Well versed with Business Controls
2. Strong Analytical Skills
3. Proven interpersonal skills: ability to maintain effective working relation with other staff and superiors.

1. Graduate of Business Management Course (Financial Management, AIS, Accountancy, Management Accounting)
2. Preferably Male
