About the role
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our nationwide warehouse facilities. This full-time position will be based in Bagumbayan Taguig City Metro Manila, with the opportunity to manage multiple warehouses across the country.You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of our high-quality surface coating products to customers.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics planning
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to meet customer demands
- Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures to maintain optimum efficiency and productivity
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse management or operations role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse automation technologies
- Knowledgeable of supply chain best practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
