Job Description:
- Greeting customers warmly as they approach the checkout.
- Efficiently scanning and processing purchases with accuracy.
- Handling cash, credit, and mobile payment transactions securely.
- Answering customer questions regarding products, prices, and store policies.
- Balancing the cash register and preparing accurate cash and sales reports.
- Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
- Collaborating with team members to support smooth store operations.
- Resolving customer issues professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate of any course.
- Ready to assist with additional tasks to help daily operations run smoothly.
- Willingness to work flexible or shifting schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Friendly, courteous, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
- Strong communication and basic math skills.
- Physically able to stand for long periods.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required.
