Antipolo - Marketing Coordinator (B2C)

The coordinator will implement content marketing, email nurturing, SEO, social media, and lead capture campaigns that resonate emotionally and practically with employees nearing retirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for the Transitioning to Retirement program, targeting individuals aged 50+ and HR partners.
• Build and manage marketing funnels using webinars, guides, and landing pages.
• Optimize landing pages and content to improve sign-ups and user engagement.
• Create emotionally resonant content (blog posts, emails, videos) that connect with individuals nearing retirement.
• Implement and refine email nurturing sequences to move leads through the funnel.
• Coordinate paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn to drive traffic.
• Monitor and report performance on campaigns with recommendations for optimizations.
