Finance Officer

&you (Rx Labs Inc.) — On-site, BGC, Taguig

Keep our day-to-day finances accurate, paid and collected on time, and fully compliant with Philippine tax rules, so the business runs on numbers it can trust.

About the role

You'll own the core accounting operations at &you and report to our Head of Finance. This covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and tax compliance, end to end. This is a hands-on senior role: you'll be close to the books day to day, keeping entries accurate as they happen, and you'll be the person the Head of Finance counts on to keep things clean and on schedule.

• Keeping the books accurate as you go, recording entries correctly day to day and week to week, so the numbers hold up at any point and month-end close is straightforward.
• Owning AP, AR, and general accounting from start to finish.
• Keeping the company compliant on all Philippine tax matters: filings and payments done correctly and on time, with no penalties for late or wrong submissions.
• Producing financial reports and reconciliations the Head of Finance can rely on, catching discrepancies before they reach the report.
• Keeping our accounting system accurate and well-maintained so the numbers stay trustworthy.

• At least 8 years in accounting operations, with hands-on experience in all four areas: payables, receivables, general accounting, and taxation.
• At least 5 years experience in accounting operations within the supply chain, logistics, FMCG industry.
• At least 5 years managing other people.
• At least 5 years working in your accounting system day to day.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills: you can build and check large, complex workbooks on your own.

• Experience working with an e-commerce business would be great.

• On-site at our BGC office in Taguig.
• Start date: as soon as possible.
• Compensation: PHP 55,000 to 65,000 per month, depending on experience.
