  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Assist Immediate Superior in daily administrative duties
  • Prepare documents (Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Demand Letters and Sales Correspondence)
  • Schedule client meetings and document release
  • Scan, upload and maintain files in an orderly and timely manner
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales report

Qualifications:

  • Candidate possess a Bachelors’/College degree in Real Estate Management/Sales or Marketing/Business Administration /Computer Science /Office Management, or equivalent
  • Can work with minimal supervision and has the ability to work under pressure in a customer oriented environment
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
  • Residing in the Taguig or Makati area
  • New graduates are welcome
  • Can start immediately
