Duties and Responsibilities in this position are:
- Regular and Open Communication: Maintain open, transparent, and frequent communication with the Marketing Consultant to ensure seamless collaboration. This involves scheduling regular meetings, promptly sharing updates, providing detailed reports on campaign progress, and actively seeking and incorporating feedback. Effective communication is crucial for aligning on goals, making timely adjustments to strategies, and leveraging the consultant’s expertise to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired impact, while integrating the consultant’s recommendations.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources based on priorities established in collaboration with the consultant.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape: share insights with the consultant to refine marketing approaches.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) and key activity indicators (KAI) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts; report findings to the consultant and senior management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with other departments (e.g., sales) to ensure that marketing initiatives are integrated company-widem incorporating input from the consultant.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all channels coordinating with the consultant to uphold brand integrity.
The following results should be achieved this position:
- Achieve Monthly Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) Target: Consistently generate at least 170 Marketing Qualified Leads per month through effective marketing strategies and campaigns. Conversion Rates.
- Successful Execution of Marketing Strategies: Implement marketing plans developed in collaboration with the Marketing Consultant, resulting in increased customer engagement and higher conversion rates.
- Improve Marketing ROI: Enhance the return on investment for marketing activities by optimizing budget allocation and maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Establish Marketing Department Autonomy: Develop and implement processes that enable the Marketing Department to function independently, effectively relieving the General Manager and Business Director of marketing responsibilities.
Training needed for this position:
- Leadership and Team Management Training: Enhance leadership skills to effectively manage and empower the marketing team.
- Advanced Marketing Analytics and Lead Generation Techniques: Significantly deepen the expertise in advanced marketing analytics and cutting-edge lead generation strategies to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness. This training aims to equip with the skills necessary to consistently generate at least 170 Marketing Qualified Leads per month by leveraging date-driven insights and innovative marketing tools.
- Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills Training: Improve communication skills for better collaboration with the Marketing Consultant and cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge:
- Marketing Principles and Strategies: Deep understanding of traditional and digital marketing concepts, consumer behavior, and branding techniques.
- Market Research and Analytics: Knowledge of market research methodologies, data analysis, interpretation of marketing metrics to inform decision-making.
- Market Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM practices and social media platforms.

- Leadership and Team Management Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a marketing team effectively to achieve department goals.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain open communication with the Marketing Consultant and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

How to measure the outcome for this position:
- Lead Growth. Monitor the total number of leads generated each month, aiming for continuous growth over previous periods. Achieve a steady increase in overall lead generation, not just maintaining but surpassing previous month’s figures.
- Conversion Rates Improvement. Track conversion rates at each stage of the marketing and sales funnel-from total leads to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and SQLs to customers. Increase conversion rates by optimizing campaigns, content, and engagement strategies.
- Expansion of Lead Generation Channels. Assess the number of effectiveness of various marketing channels for source leads. Diversify lead sources by adding new channels such as content marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, social media platforms, webinars, and partnerships.
