Utilization Management with a Focus on Retail Dealers: Employee advanced methodologies to maximize the utilization of resources while focusing on supporting retail dealers, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Aging Support for AR Retail Dealers: Facilitate timely resolution of accounts receivable aging issues specific to retail dealers, maintaining healthy financial relationships and minimizing risks of overdue payments.
Process Optimization for Retail Dealers Support: Continuously evaluate and refine processes related to retail dealer support, streamlining workflows, and enhancing productivity across the board.
InDemand Phase 3 Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support during the implementation and execution of InDemand Phase 3 initiatives, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
Reconciliation and Analysis: Conduct thorough one-on-one reconciliation sessions with sales teams, ensuring alignment between Retail Dealers Support CTS and AR Retail Dealers Support activities, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Financial Reviews with CBSI: Participate in regular reviews of accounts receivable and accounts payable with the Corporate Business Services International (CBSI) team, contributing to accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Claims Processing for Retail Dealers: Oversee the processing of claims from retail dealers, including monthly, quarterly, and annual rebates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies.
Budget Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the Retail Dealers Support budget, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization, and providing strategic recommendations to management.
Monthly Target Setting and Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to set monthly targets and prioritize activities within the Retail Dealers Support function, aligning efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
Participation in Financial Reviews: Actively participate in AR and AP reviews, offering insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and mitigate risks.
Budget Provision Management: Review and monitor budget provisions for Retail Dealers Support, ensuring accuracy and adequacy, and facilitating timely reversals or adjustments as necessary
